With OHS training, any employee can become Health and Safety Officer. No previous experience or qualification is required.
Both the initial and continuous training courses are provided by a Khmer HSO trainer, certified by the Kingdom’s authorities. The trainer has been instructed by and trained by an instructor from France, with more than 15 years of experience. The HSO trainers’ qualifications are recognized in both the Kingdom of Cambodia and the European Union (EU).
With a minimum duration of 14 hours, it enables employees to be proficient in the first aid gestures and actions to be taken, to know who and how to alert within or outside the company, to identify dangerous situations in the company, and to know to whom and how to relay this information in the company, and possibly to participate in the implementation of prevention and protection actions.
On successful completion of all assessments, the Health and Safety Officer certificate is delivered.
